👨🏻‍🔬What is a Site Survey?

A site survey is a technical visit conducted by an energy specialist at the customer’s property to assess the condition of the roof and the electrical system. This evaluation determines whether the property is suitable for the installation of a solar system.

🔆Site Survey expectations

  • The survey takes place once a new project is generated with signed agreements
  • site survey must be scheduled in the right area.
  • At least one of the owners listed on the deed must be present to sign and notarize NOC

🔆Possible scenarios after the site survey

  1. The assessment by the site surveyor meets all the requirements.
  1. The project has an issue with the roof.
  1. The project requires tree trimming
  1. NOC & permit application is not signed
  1. The project requires MPU
  1. The NTP (Notice to Proceed) at the financial company is incomplete
  1. Other pending issues

In all cases, to continue with the project, the Project Coordinator will notify the Sales representative of the necessary actions they need to take to advance the project to the next stage. It is the responsibility of the Sales Representative to take action to resolve with the customer any issues that may arise.
